In order to analyze the changes of cable tension of a shipborne truck crane in the process of unloading floating body units in marine environment, software ANSYS AQWA was used to conduct numerical simulation. Based on the time-domain response analysis method, variation of the cable tension with time is calculated. The results show that the cable tension changes periodically and decreases slightly with the increase of the cable length when the floating body unit is not in contact with the water surface. When the floating body unit contacts the water surface, due to the impact of the wave load on the water surface, the floating body unit will move greatly, which will lead to a drastic change of the cable tension, and the tension can even reach 1.25 times of the weight. When the floating body unit drops to the floating state, the tension of the cable changes significantly due to the ship motion and wave action, and the tension even changes from 0 to 0.55 times of the weight. The huge shock is extremely unfavorable to the safety of operation. In addition,transverse and oblique waves will increase the motion of the hull, so as to increase the tension of the cable.
为了分析在海洋环境中的船载汽车吊装卸浮体单元过程的吊缆张力变化,利用 ANSYS-AQWA 软件对运输船上的汽车吊装卸作业过程进行模拟仿真。基于时域响应分析方法,对在不同方向的环境载荷作用下,被卸载的浮体单元处于不同的位置时,计算了吊缆张力随时间变化的情况。计算结果表明:吊缆张力总体呈周期性变化,浮体单元未接触水面时,吊缆张力随吊缆长度的增加而略有减小;当浮体单元接触水面时,由于水面波浪载荷的冲击作用,浮体单元会发生较大的运动,从而导致吊缆张力发生剧烈变化,张力甚至能够达到重物重量的 1.25 倍;当浮体单元下降到漂浮状态时,由于船体横摇和波浪作用,吊缆张弛变化明显,张力甚至会从0 突变到重物重量的0.55 倍,这些巨大的冲击对作业的安全极为不利。此外,横浪和斜浪会加剧船体的运动,从而导致吊缆张力变化幅值增大。
